• Removal of all old felt
• Removal of damp or rotten sarking boards where necessary

• Fitting of new Breathable membrane
• Fitting of new treated timber batoning and counter batoning
• Fitting of new roof tiles, ridging and verge

The re-roofing job is usually combined with the replacement of your existing timber fascias and soffits with new UPVC products, meaning that everything in this area is new and you are not at risk of any rot within the roofline area transferring to your new roof.
