1. The fascia and soffits fitted are fully guaranteed via the manufacturers, guarantee to performance levels of BS7619, BS1006, BS2782. They will be subject to normal wear and atmospheric condition, guaranteed that its system will retain their decorative functions for 15 years for white products. Other colours are guaranteed to retain their decorative functions for 10 years.
2. The rainwater products, subject to normal wear and atmospheric condition, guaranteed that its system will retain their decorative functions for 10 years for white products. Brown, black and grey products will weather within industry normal limits, with any minor changes in surface appearance.
3. Excel Roofing Specialists guarantees the above, within the stated periods, of the various products fitted to your property.
4. This guarantee is in respect of the installation, and is therefore fully transferable to new owners of the property.
5. Damage caused to roofing products as a result of drilling, fixing and any resultant damage caused by similar action is not covered under the guarantee.
6. Nothing in this guarantee affects the statutory rights of the consumer
